Personal Data Processing Consent

Submitting the application using a special form on the website https://cs-soft.ru/, in accordance with the Federal Law of 07/27/2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data," acting freely, by my will and in my interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, I consent to the processing of my personal data to the Cognitive Synergy Software Limited Liability Company, Tax ID 9713023582, OGRN 1257700056900 located at: 127434, Moscow, Dmitrovskoe highway, 9A, building 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

Processing of personal data will be carried out by automated processing of personal data on the following conditions:

The Operator has the right to transfer my personal data to third parties. The transfer of personal data to third parties may be carried out only if such parties process personal data in the minimum necessary volume and only to achieve the purpose of processing personal data provided for by this consent, as well as if such parties ensure confidentiality and security of personal data during processing. The list of third parties is presented on the official website of the Company in the Internet information and telecommunication network at the address: https://cs-soft.ru/disclosure/.

This consent may be revoked by me at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator's address or to info@c-synergy.ru. This written application shall contain the information specified in Part 3 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated 07/27/2006, "On Personal Data," in particular: surname, name, patronymic, name and number of the main identity document, information on the date of issue of this document and the issuing authority, information confirming the fact of processing personal data by the Operator, and signature.

Personal data shall be stored for the periods stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

I have been warned that in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue the processing of personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6 and Part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law of 07/27/2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
