Anti-Corruption Policy

Cognitive Synergy Software Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "CS Software LLC") adheres to high standards of conducting a conscientious and transparent business. Our principle is zero tolerance for corruption in all its forms and manifestations.

CS Software LLC makes every effort to exclude corruption manifestations that may lead to the application of liability measures and sanctions against CS Software LLC and officials, as well as compromise of business reputation and a decrease in trust on the part of counterparties.

In order to prevent corruption risks, the Anti-Corruption Policy of CS Software LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Anti-Corruption Policy) was approved at CS Software LLC.

All managers and employees of CS Software LLC are necessarily guided by the Anti-Corruption Policy, which also applies to counterparties and partners of CS Software LLC.

Anti-corruption policy describes the basic principles of organization of work in the field of prevention and combating corruption, which is followed by CS Software LLC.

We ensure that no sanctions can be applied to managers, employees, partners and counterparties who refused to participate in corrupt actions, and we also make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of persons who in good faith reported the violation, and to protect such persons from any form of pressure and discrimination.

CS Software LLC receives appeals from employees, counterparties and other (individuals and legal entities) about possible facts of corruption. For information purposes, a secure and confidential communication channel specially created at CS Software LLC is used, which operates via e-mail compliance@c-synergy.ru

Employees of CS Software LLC may also send an appeal about the emergence of personal interest in the performance of official duties, which leads or may lead to a conflict of interest.

The answer is not given to:

  • appeals not related to corrupt actions of managers, employees, counterparties and partners of CS Software LLC;
  • appeals that contain obscene or offensive expressions, threats to life, health and property.
